To offer affordable and high-quality education, primarily but not exclusively to Cordovanhons, with the goal of making education accessible and within everyone’s reach. The institution is committed to breaking financial and social barriers, ensuring that individuals from all walks of life have the opportunity to pursue their academic and professional aspirations.

In addition, it aims to provide comprehensive tertiary education, including technical, vocational, and other practical courses that are responsive to the needs of the community and the demands of the modern workforce. Through these programs, the college seeks to develop competent, skilled, and socially responsible individuals who are prepared for employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
